Our Story So Far

Formerly known as Capital Developments & Maintenance, the company was formed in 2011 by Danny Avery. With a background in carpentry and construction and a client base of both private residents and property management companies in London and the south east, the company soon gained a reputation for high quality landscaping works. In 2019 C&D saw an opportunity to offer an end-to-end service to clients combining design and landscaping and construction.
